Theme Park, Cruise, and Resort Itinerary Design Service
While we delight in designing magical memory-making vacations for all family vacation destinations, when you book a Walt Disney World vacation package that includes theme park tickets for 4 or more days, we'll provide all of our planning expertise, as well as a day-to-day, vacation itinerary designed just for you and your travel party.
If you'd prefer more detailed, personalized touring plans and assistance with booking dining, theme-park, and attraction reservations, our Sorcerer's Apprentice Itinerary Design Service is tailored just for you.
Non-Refundable Planning Payment
After Second Star Travel conducts a thorough interview and consultation, we will collect your planning payment and begin our work matching your family's budget, interests, and activity levels with vacation tour operators and suppliers with whom we have established relationships, knowledge, expertise, and experience.
Pixie-Dusted Plan-to-Go Payment:
$99
In order to provide all of our clients with superior service and attention, we require a research and planning payment in contemplation of travel to any destination. Guests will receive all of our knowledge, expertise, and experience in recommending the cruise or resort, restaurants, and recreation options that are just-right for their party. Our helpful hints and handy tips for booking activities, excursions, making dining reservations, and planning your days are also included.
The full amount can be used toward one of our itinerary design or coaching services, or credited to the reservation at the time of final payment. Should you choose not to use our booking or planning services after three trip options or 30 days have transpired, or in the event of trip cancellation, this fee will be retained by Second Star Travel for consultation, research, and recommendation services rendered.

Fairy Godmother Consultation Service: Theme Park Strategies Coaching
Thinking of a theme park vacation but not sure where to begin? Already booked but feeling overwhelmed? Meet with us in-person, by telephone, or virtually for personalized pre-travel consultation. Whether it's our 15-minute Pre-Trip Pep Talk or 3 hours of intensive coaching, we'll guide you through organizing your trip, prepare you with useful strategies for navigating the theme parks, provide instruction for engaging with their various technologies, and advise you on other resort-wide systems currently in place to ensure your trip is practically perfect in every way.
*Coaching Sessions are $100/hr, billed by the 1/4 hour.
Sorcerer's Apprentice: Itinerary Design Service
We know that regardless of how you book, planning a Walt Disney World vacation can be a daunting task. Second Star Travel is pleased to offer The Sorcerer's Apprentice Plan: Our Exclusive Itinerary Design Service. This plan provides Concierge Level Services for guests whether they've booked their vacation with us, on their own, are visiting the parks for fewer than four days, or are staying at an off-site property. This charge is regressive, beginning at just $99/day.
